1. Introduction
Welcome to www.paidtotrade.net (the “Website”), a proprietary trading services platform operated by Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the conditions under which you (“you”, “your”, “User”, or “Trader”) may access and use our Website, tools, products, evaluations, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website or Services, whether through a browser, account login, mobile interface, or API connection, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are using the Website or Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use our Website or Services.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other posted agreements or guidelines, form the complete agreement between you and PaidToTrade. Your continued use of our platform confirms your acceptance of any updates or modifications we may apply to these Terms. We may provide notice of changes via the Website or by other reasonable means, and such changes will be effective upon posting.
Please review these Terms carefully. Your use of the Website includes your agreement to waive any right to participate in a class or representative action involving disputes related to PaidToTrade or its Services.
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches them or misuses the platform. You may not attempt to interfere with or compromise the security, performance, or availability of our systems or networks.
For clarity, PaidToTrade is not a licensed broker, dealer, or financial advisory service. We do not execute trades on your behalf or provide investment advice. Simulated trading data, performance statistics, and tools are for educational and evaluative use only, and we are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information found through our Services.
In case of inconsistencies between translated versions of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall control.
2. Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these Terms of Use and have the meanings assigned below:
• “Account” – A user profile registered on the PaidToTrade platform, which allows access to certain features and services offered through the Website.
• “Content” – Any information, resources, or materials made available on the Website, including text, images, videos, financial tools, strategies, data, educational materials, commentary, opinions, analytics, and reviews.
• “Payment Processor” – A third-party service provider authorized to handle transactions and payments on behalf of PaidToTrade.
• “Card Information” – The credit or debit card details you provide when making a purchase, which may include card number, CVV, expiration date, billing name, phone number, address, and email.
• “Data” – Any information created or shared by users on the platform, including but not limited to trading activity, preferences, and analytics.
• “PaidToTrade Account” – Any account assigned to a user within the PaidToTrade system, including Evaluation Accounts and Performance Accounts, whether hosted directly or through third-party trading platforms.
• “Designated Agent” – The individual or entity authorized by Mason Ridge to receive notifications regarding alleged intellectual property violations or related claims.
• “Fee” – The payment charged for access to specific programs or services offered by PaidToTrade, such as evaluations or platform features.
• “Feedback” – Any comments, suggestions, proposals, or input submitted by users regarding the Website or Services.
• “Force Majeure” – Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, wars, legal restrictions, technical failures, and other circumstances preventing normal operation.
• “Critical Violation” – A breach of key trading parameters such as exceeding loss limits or violating core rules, which may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access at PaidToTrade’s discretion.
• “Intellectual Property” – All trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, proprietary software, branding, and other protected elements owned or used by PaidToTrade.
• “External Website” – Any third-party site that links to or is linked from PaidToTrade.net.
• “Marks” – Logos, slogans, icons, domain names, and other visual brand identifiers associated with PaidToTrade.
• “Order” – A user-initiated transaction to access a paid product or service on the Website or through an affiliated partner.
• “Personal Information” – Any data that can be used to identify an individual, including names, contact details, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.
• “Services” – The full range of offerings available on or through PaidToTrade.net, including simulated evaluations, performance accounts, education materials, and user support.
• “Simulated Account” – A virtual trading environment used during evaluations or other training phases, where no real money is traded or gained.
• “Website” – The online platform available at www.paidtotrade.net, including all subdomains, tools, software, content, and services provided through it.
• “System” – The technological infrastructure used by PaidToTrade to deliver its Services, including databases, user dashboards, applications, and APIs.
• “Terms” – These Terms of Use, including any other policies, notices, or rules posted on the Website or provided alongside the Services.
• “Third-Party Services” – Any platforms, tools, or integrations provided by external vendors or service providers and not directly operated by Mason Ridge or PaidToTrade.
• “PaidToTrade” – The proprietary trading services platform operated as a brand under Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc.
• “Evaluation Account” – A simulated trading account where a user must meet predefined objectives to qualify for further opportunities or access to the Performance Phase.
• “PaidToTrade Entities” – Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc., its employees, officers, contractors, agents, and affiliated service providers.
• “PaidToTrade Platform” – The combined ecosystem of the Website, tools, software, services, and user interface offered under the PaidToTrade brand.
• “User Content” – Any material, such as posts, comments, or uploaded files, submitted by users to the Website for publication or display.
• “Login Credentials” – The unique email address and password combination used by a user to access their PaidToTrade Account.
• “User Dashboard” – The personalized area of the Website where users can manage their account, view trading data, and access program details.
• “Web Properties” – All digital assets controlled or operated by PaidToTrade, including its primary domain, subdomains, and linked software interfaces.
3. Use of Services and Fees
PaidToTrade provides access to simulated trading programs that evaluate users based on performance in a controlled, virtual environment. These Services include Evaluation Accounts designed to test trading skills according to specific parameters, and may lead to further opportunities such as access to a Performance Phase. All activity occurs in a non-live, simulated market setting and does not involve real financial gains or losses.
To use the Services, you must complete the registration process on our Website and submit the corresponding application or order form. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive login credentials granting access to your Account and applicable features through your personal User Dashboard.
Fees associated with PaidToTrade programs are determined based on the type of account selected, the trading configuration, and any additional features included in your order. These fees are charged in exchange for access to the trading interface, evaluation metrics, platform resources, and educational tools. All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you fail to complete the evaluation, violate the applicable trading rules, terminate your use of the Services, or request cancellation. No partial or full refund will be issued under these or similar circumstances.
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution after your Account has been activated, PaidToTrade reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to all Services, permanently close your Account, and deny future participation in any of our programs at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, billing details, and any tax identifiers. PaidToTrade is not obligated to verify the accuracy of your submitted information and assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from false or outdated data. By indicating that you are registering on behalf of a legal entity or submitting any form of business or tax identification, you acknowledge that certain consumer protections available under local law may not apply to you.
Accessing our Services requires you to have your own internet connection, compatible devices, and supported software. All expenses related to connectivity, equipment, or third-party platform usage are your sole responsibility. PaidToTrade does not guarantee compatibility with any specific browser, device, or external platform, and assumes no responsibility for limitations caused by your hardware or software environment.
Some simulations and account features may integrate with third-party trading platforms. These platforms are operated independently of PaidToTrade and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. It is your obligation to read and comply with those separate agreements. PaidToTrade disclaims all liability for any malfunction, data issue, or service disruption that arises from your use of third-party services.
In order to maintain a fair and reliable simulation environment, PaidToTrade reserves the right to restrict behavior it deems inconsistent with responsible trading practice. This includes, but is not limited to, placing an excessive number of resets within a short time period, opening multiple concurrent accounts without approval, or attempting to exploit the platform’s evaluation parameters. In such cases, we may suspend your access, deny future service, or permanently revoke your Account. PaidToTrade is committed to supporting skill-based trading development and reserves the right to take appropriate measures against any behavior that resembles gambling, manipulation, or abuse of the system.
4. Account Registration and Security
Certain features and Services offered on the PaidToTrade platform are only accessible to users who have registered for an Account. Upon successful registration, you will be issued unique login credentials associated with your Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is complete, truthful, and accurate, including a valid and accessible email address. You further agree to update your information promptly to ensure its continued accuracy. All information submitted during registration or through your continued use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, and by proceeding, you consent to our handling of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree not to share, assign, or transfer your Account or credentials to any third party. Your Account is personal to you and may only be used by you in your individual capacity. If PaidToTrade determines, at its sole discretion, that you have created multiple Accounts or allowed unauthorized use of your Account, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access, along with any additional or duplicate Accounts associated with you.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your Account, disclosure of your login credentials, or other potential breach of security. We may, but are not obligated to, block or restrict access to your Account if we believe it is being misused, accessed by someone other than the registered user, or otherwise compromised.
PaidToTrade reserves the right to deny registration or revoke login credentials to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to cases where the requested username or identifying information impersonates another person, violates intellectual property rights, or contains offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Age and Legal Capacity
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, to register for and use the Services provided by PaidToTrade. By creating an Account or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5.2 Legal Access
You may not access or use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where simulated trading services are prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Website and Services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
5.3 Corporate Use
If you are registering or using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and that all information you provide is complete, accurate, and up to date.
5.4 Right to Refuse Service
PaidToTrade reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any user or entity, at its sole discretion, if it determines that eligibility requirements are not met or that any information submitted during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
6. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment Terms
You may purchase PaidToTrade Services by completing the appropriate registration or order form on the Website. Once your order is submitted and payment is successfully processed, PaidToTrade will provide confirmation to the email address you provided and grant access to your Account and the applicable Services via the User Dashboard. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors authorized by PaidToTrade. By providing your payment details, you authorize PaidToTrade and its designated processor to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. If you pay by credit or debit card, you may be required to submit additional billing information, including your card number, CVV, expiration date, billing address, phone number, and email address. You affirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
The price for each Service will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. However, PaidToTrade reserves the right to change its pricing at any time without prior notice. Such price changes will not affect purchases already completed. All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental fees unless expressly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for paying any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction in connection with your access to or use of the Services. PaidToTrade is not required to determine, collect, or remit taxes on your behalf unless it is legally obligated to do so.
All payments made to PaidToTrade are final and non-refundable, including in cases where you cancel your Account, fail to complete an evaluation, voluntarily discontinue use of the Services, or are disqualified due to a violation of these Terms. No partial or full refunds will be granted under such circumstances. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the Services, PaidToTrade reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, restrict future purchases, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal or administrative means. The agreement for Services becomes effective upon successful payment and activation of your Account, and you are responsible for maintaining records of your transactions for your own reference.
7. Promo Code Usage
From time to time, and solely at the discretion of PaidToTrade, we may issue promotional codes that grant access to discounts or other special offers. These promo codes are intended only for the individual to whom they are issued or explicitly shared with by PaidToTrade. Unless otherwise specified, each promo code is a single-use offer and may be redeemed only once under the user’s personal PaidToTrade Account. Promo codes cannot be used multiple times, transferred, resold, or applied retroactively to prior purchases.
Any use of a promo code outside its original intent or in violation of these Terms is strictly prohibited. Promo codes must be redeemed solely under the user’s registered Account and may not be shared, forwarded, posted publicly, or used by third parties, including on social media or public forums. Selling, trading, or purchasing promo codes from others is not allowed. Users are also prohibited from attempting to exploit, duplicate, or manipulate the promo code system in any way, including creating multiple accounts or using technical workarounds to gain unauthorized access to discounts.
Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit. To receive or use a promo code, you may be required to submit certain personal information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Some promo codes may be restricted to specific users, regions, account types, or promotions, and may include additional terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific rules of a promo code and these Terms, the terms attached to that specific promo code will take precedence.
PaidToTrade reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or cancel any promo code or promotional campaign at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to deny access to Services or take other corrective action if a promo code is used fraudulently, inappropriately, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Linking to the Site
You may link to the PaidToTrade website provided that you do so in a manner that is lawful, fair, and does not damage or take advantage of the reputation of PaidToTrade or Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc. The link must not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part unless such relationship has been explicitly authorized in writing. You may not frame the Website within another site or create a link to any part of the Website other than the homepage without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You agree to remove any links to the Website immediately upon our request. Unauthorized use of the PaidToTrade logo, trademarks, or proprietary materials in connection with any link is strictly prohibited. The Website must not be linked from any site that contains content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable in our sole judgment.

For any legal or formal communications, including notices related to disputes, regulatory inquiries, or intellectual property matters, please include a clear subject line indicating the nature of the notice, such as “Legal Notice – Terms of Use.” PaidToTrade may send notices to you using the email address associated with your Account, via messages within your User Dashboard, or through clearly visible announcements on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are accurate and up to date, and to regularly review communications delivered through these channels. Notices will be deemed received once sent to the last known contact information you provided.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “PaidToTrade Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms or any policies incorporated by reference; (b) your misuse or unauthorized use of the Website or Services; (c) your breach of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations; (d) any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Services; or (e) your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party. PaidToTrade reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your Account and your use of the Services.
10. Prohibited Conduct
All trading activity conducted within the PaidToTrade platform, including Evaluation and Performance Accounts, must reflect fair, independent decision-making consistent with real market behavior. You are strictly prohibited from taking advantage of the simulated environment in ways that would not be possible or permitted in a live trading context. This includes exploiting system behavior such as slippage inaccuracies, artificial order priority, execution gaps, or unrealistically high trade volumes within short intervals. Any activity—whether intentional or not—that generates profits or trading outcomes that could not reasonably be achieved under live market conditions is a violation of these Terms. If such behavior is detected, PaidToTrade reserves the right to deny advancement, withhold simulated profits, invalidate results, suspend or terminate Accounts, and ban access to current and future Services.
Users must not use or benefit from delayed or manipulated data feeds, including external charting systems or internal data freezing. Trading on delayed charts or exploiting latency between systems, platforms, or order books is strictly forbidden. No trading may be conducted using hedging strategies between multiple PaidToTrade Accounts or in coordination with other traders. Hedging correlated or directly related instruments across accounts, especially to offset or neutralize risk, is prohibited. Opening trades across accounts with conflicting positions or using mirrored strategies for artificial gain is also a violation.
Automated trading, high-frequency bots, AI-assisted execution, or bulk order-entry systems are not allowed unless expressly permitted in writing by PaidToTrade. Any software or mechanism used to interact with the platform that results in an unnatural trading edge or circumvents Trading Rules is considered abuse of the simulation environment. Martingale strategies, overleveraged trades, or placing orders that exceed the designated contract limits for the Account type are likewise not permitted.
Account sharing, unauthorized access, or trading on behalf of another user is strictly prohibited. Each Account must be operated independently and exclusively by the registered user. Users are not allowed to distribute, share, or execute trades that are not their own original strategy. Coordinated efforts among traders to influence performance, account results, or evaluation outcomes will be treated as misconduct and subject to penalties.
All positions must be closed prior to the designated session close time, which is currently 5:00 PM ET unless otherwise announced. PaidToTrade may implement auto-liquidation processes to enforce this rule, including automatic closure of all open positions and cancellation of pending orders at the end of the trading session. Users are expected to trade only approved instruments during permitted hours and to remain informed of any changes to these rules.
Excessively large position sizes or unrealistic single-trade profits that do not align with the risk parameters of typical live market trading will trigger internal review and may result in deletion of profits, trading days, or complete Account resets. If PaidToTrade determines that a user has violated any Trading Rules or engaged in prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to remove simulated profits, invalidate evaluation outcomes, restart or close Accounts, and permanently restrict access to all or part of the platform.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a particular action or trading pattern constitutes a noncompliant trading practice. All use of the platform, including Evaluation and Performance Accounts, is subject to PaidToTrade’s official Trading Rules, which may be modified or updated at any time without notice. These rules are available on the Website, and you are solely responsible for staying informed of all applicable guidelines. Violations of these rules or engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in the removal of simulated profits, deletion of trading days, resetting or termination of Accounts, or permanent suspension from the platform and its Services.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use, including any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction determined by PaidToTrade, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting PaidToTrade at support@paidtotrade.net. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body selected by PaidToTrade. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
The parties agree that, due to the arbitration provision contained herein, you expressly waive your right to sue in court, including the right to a trial by jury, and agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated arbitration forum and waives any objections as to venue, jurisdiction, or forum non conveniens. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in these Terms of Use or any related policy.
You further agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. If any portion of this dispute resolution section is determined to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Acceptance of Terms and Modifications
By accessing or using the PaidToTrade website, platform, or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Services.
PaidToTrade reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time. We may notify you of material changes through prominent announcements on the Website, by email, or via your Account dashboard, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following the posting or effective date of any changes constitutes your full and binding acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services and close your Account, if applicable.
No verbal or written statement by any PaidToTrade representative shall modify or otherwise amend these Terms unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized officer of Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc.
13. Dispute Resolution, Jurisdiction, and Enforcement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE CLAIMS IN COURT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
In the event that any dispute, claim, or controversy arises between you and PaidToTrade, its affiliates, or its parent company Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc., in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any related agreement or transaction, and such matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to resolve the issue exclusively through final and binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) then in effect, by a single neutral arbitrator, in English. The place of arbitration shall be a mutually agreed location, or conducted virtually if necessary to avoid unreasonable burden. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, and judgment may be entered in any court with appropriate jurisdiction. This arbitration clause shall survive the termination of your relationship with PaidToTrade.
Both you and PaidToTrade expressly waive any right to file or participate in a class action, collective action, representative action, or jury trial. Claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void.
You further acknowledge that a breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to PaidToTrade, for which monetary damages alone may not be sufficient. Accordingly, PaidToTrade is entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctions and specific performance, without the need to post bond or prove actual damages.
PaidToTrade shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, internet outages, system failures, government actions, or natural disasters (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”). In such cases, obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event.
If PaidToTrade determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any part of these Terms, including by submitting false information, breaching evaluation rules, damaging PaidToTrade’s business reputation, or engaging in Prohibited Conduct, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website, Services, and any active Accounts. No compensation or refund shall be provided in such cases, and PaidToTrade reserves the right to take further legal or administrative action as necessary.
14. Other Important Terms
These Terms of Use are in addition to any other agreements, policies, or program-specific rules between you and PaidToTrade, including those related to specific Services, account types, or affiliated platforms.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create or imply a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or trust arrangement between you and PaidToTrade. Neither party has the authority to act on behalf of or legally bind the other, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
You acknowledge that a breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to PaidToTrade for which monetary damages may be insufficient. In such cases, PaidToTrade is entitled to seek injunctive relief, specific performance, or any other equitable remedy, in addition to any other legal rights or remedies available, and without the requirement to post bond or prove actual damages.
PaidToTrade reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website, Services, or any feature, content, or product offered through the platform, with or without prior notice. This includes the right to impose or revise fees, waive charges, or limit the availability of offerings to specific users. You agree that PaidToTrade shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any aspect of the platform or Services.
Each provision of these Terms operates independently. If any part is determined by a court or legal authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If any clause is found to be invalid, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
These Terms, along with any additional policies or agreements referenced herein, represent the full and complete understanding between you and PaidToTrade. Refund Policy
